In dealing with a sensitive subject such as adoption, preserving anonymity is the number one priority, so we made the decision early on in the creative process to use animation. This was a great way to protect the participants' identities, while allowing us to retain the human aspects of the campaign to deliver real emotional impact.
We really enjoyed getting an insight into the world of adoption, and meeting so many parents for whom the experience has been life-changing.
